Calling all curvy, sexy, bbw dancers in the Greater Charlotte Area! Here’s your chance to join one of the hottest plus-size dance squads in the world

4Thirty-Two will be holding auditions on February 22nd. If this is something you might be interested in, meet us at Noda@28th Creative Arts Studios at 1:00 pm

Here’s what you can expect:

-Auditions are $10 at the door
-A member of the team will teach a short routine to test your ability -to learn choreography (you do not have to prepare a routine)
-You will perform that routine in front of judges
-You may be asked to freestyle, so be prepared
-The judges will make a decision
-Those invited to join the team will be notified within 48 hours.

And that’s it! Please bring your personalities and dance skills to the dance floor!

-We are dancers on a mission to change stereotypes associated with plus size women.
-We do CHOREOGRAPHY, and our style varies from hard-hitting hip-hop to sexy and feminine hip-hop.
-We are an internationally-recognized dance squad, having traveled to Italy and China.
-We’ve seen viral successful with several videos with millions of views
-We participate in live performances at least 3-4 times a year.
-We have fun but we work harder, rehearsing at least 4 hours a week.
-Because of our busy schedule, you MUST be located in the Greater Charlotte area in order to audition.
- All members pay a monthly fee of $20

It’s time for another round of Body "Werk" with 4Thirty-Two!

On August 25th, join us for the Back To School Edition! Our goal is to support the local community by collecting school supplies for children in need.

Here’s how it will work:

We will have our normal dance workout class but instead of asking attendees to pay cash, we are asking everyone to bring at least 2-3 school supplies that will be then be donated! School supplies include:

Pencils
Erasers
Markers
Pens
Pencil Box
Pencil Sharpener
Highlighters
Note Books
Wide Rule Note Book Paper
Rulers
Binders
Folders

…Or you can make at least a $5 donation which will go towards helping a child in need.

On top of that, we invite you to bring your school-age children to dance with us! So come get your workout on, dance with us and support a good cause!

Charlotte's 4Thirty-Two Performance Group is holding auditions! We are looking for plus-size women who have previous dance experience and can come in ready to slay! We prefer intermediate to advanced hip-hop dancers, but if you feel you have the goods, please don't hesitate to come. This group is not idea for beginner dancers

Auditions will be held on February 11, 2016 at 12 pm. at NC Dance District. There is a $5 audition fee that must be paid at the door.

Please bring, water and a towel.

BEFORE AUDITIONING PLEASE KNOW:

• We prefer experienced dancers who can learn choreography and perform it in videos and live performances. For those of you who are beginners, this group may not be for you. But we still encourage you to come out and participate if you feel you have the goods! We will have other classes and workshops for beginners. More information coming soon.
• Please know that this is a group that practices EVERY WEEK for at least 2 hours a week. Becoming better dancers is important to us, therefore we practice to ensure our skill level improves.
• There are dues associated with joining this group. Members pay $20 a month.
• We have A LOT of fun but we work harder. :)

Come join Charity Holloway as she kicks off Charlotte's new plus size dance group. During this meeting you will get to know Charity and the other participants, while learning a choreographed routine taught by Charity and her dance mentor, Allison Duncan Lilly. This event is free and open to all plus size women. Although we love and celebrate all body types, this is particularly for the ladies with a little "extra" to love!
